How long does an order take to process?

Orders take 1-3 days to process before shipping unless otherwise stated.  After you receive your tracking number please allow 24-48 business hours for USPS to update their tracking system.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to process your order as soon a its placed. Due to this we are unable to edit, apply discounts, or cancel an order.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam folder. All orders are shipped via USPS.

How do I exchange an order?

ENVY'D AVENUE currently does not offer exchanges. You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, unless marked final sale. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Shoes must be in original box and unworn. Return shipping cost are to be paid by the customer. Always obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its back to S2E.

How are returns processed?

After we receive your return your order will be processed for approval or disapproval within 1-3 business days. After processing and approving your return, you’ll receive notification via email. STORE CREDIT and EXCHANGE ONLY with conditions. Once approved the return must be shipped within 10 days of approval, using a trackable method.

All approved exchanges for store credit will incur a 15-20% restocking fee.
