RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with ENVY'D AVENUE. Please review our policy carefully before initiating any return. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILTY
We offer store credit or exchanges under the following conditions.
- Incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Please note:
* Refunds are not issued for shipping delays outside of our control.
* All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
* Damage caused by improper fit, wear, or forced use is not considered a defect. (Zippers and Buttons are checked prior to shipping)
* We do not issue direct refunds unless due to a verified error on our part.
2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Returns must be approved via email before being sent. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To begin an return :
* Email support@contactenvyyd.com with your order number, issue, and clear photos (if applicable).
* Once approved the return must be shipped within 10 days of approval, using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibilty. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Returned items must be:
* Unworn and unwashed
* Free from odors, stains, or damage
*In original packaging with all tags attached
If the returned item shows wear, stretching, scent, or forced fit, it will be sent back without store credit and at customer cost.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Sale items
* Accessories, bags, and undergarments
5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges due tom limited inventory. Please return the item for store credit and use it to place a new order. STORE CREDITS NEVER EXPIRE
6. INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item:
* Contact us immediately at support@contactenvyyd.com with a clear a photo.
* We will provide a return label and ship the correct item once the original is received back.
WARDROBE & CUSTOMER CAUSED DAMAGE
DEFECTIVE ITEMS-
We carefully inspect all items prior to shipping
A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw present before wear or use (for example, a zipper that fails on the first attempt without force)
Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video for evidence.
If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
We do not issue store credit or replacements for:
* Items that appear worn, stretched, or used
* Damage caused by improper fit or forced wear
* Rips, snags, or cuts, caused during unboxing or wear
Please note: A zipper issue caused by improper fit (for example, difficulty zipping due ton sizing) is not considered a manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product notes prior to purchasing.
Customers suspected of wardrobing or intentional misuse may be restricted from future purchases. Items returned under these conditions may be sent back without credit.
ZIPPERS, CLOSURES, & FIT--RELATED STRESS
Zippers, buttons, and seams are considered wear- sensitive components and may be effected by fit, or force, during try-on.
* Issues that occur after try-on or due to pulling, stretching, or stress are not manufacturing defects
* Items with closures that seperate during try-on are not eligible for refunds
ALTERED OR ATTEMPTED REPAIRS
Items that have been altered, adjusted, or repaired after delivery ( including zipper reattachment) are not eligible for refunds or store credit
* Once altered, an item is no longer in original condition and can not be resold
* We are not responsible for incorrect size selection
*Items damaged due to improper fit are not considered defective
9. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an accident address
* Return and reshipping fees will be the customers responsibilty
* A new shipping label must be purchased to reship the item
We are not responsible for fees and delays caused by address errors
8. SIZING RESPOSIBILTY
Please refer to our size chart and product descriptions before purchasing
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection. Items damaged due to improper fit are not considered defective.
9. Shipping fees and partial refunds
* Original shipping fees an Skip the line are non-refundable
* For orders paid using AFTERPAY OR SHOP PAY, partial refunds will be issued due to non-refundable processing fees
10. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

* A new shipping label must be purchased to reship the item
We are not responsible for fees or delays caused by address errors.
11. PRICING ADJUSTMENTS
Web do not honor price adjustments for previous orders. Sale or promotional pricing can not be applied retroactively
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Please contact us directly at support@contactenvyyd.com before filing a chargeback or dispute.
Filing a dispute before giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may delay the outcome.
In the event of a chargeback, we provide :
* Proof of delivery
* Policy acceptance
All communication and transaction records to support our case with the processor
