Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame noted, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If you mistakenly enter the wrong address please notify us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will work hard to do our best to change the address upon your request. If S2E is unable to, we will not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered on the customer’s behalf. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If any shipments from S2E are refused you will be responsible for the original shipping fees. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must follow up with the USPS. S2E is not responsible for packages that shows delivery complete. All orders are shipped via USPS. Standard shipping can take anywhere from 2-5 business days for arrival once shipped. There is no guarantee, and this doesn’t include holidays or the weekends.
